Hearing choppy audio, crackling, or distortion? Start with the connection you use to send audio to your Oasis Aura transmitter. Choose the section that matches your audio input. You do not need to follow both sections.
Update the firmware
Use this section if your phone, tablet, or computer sends audio to Oasis Aura over Bluetooth.

- Keep your phone, tablet, or computer close to the transmitter when testing. Bluetooth range is approximately 10–15 m (30–50 ft). Actual range varies with obstacles and interference.
- Keep walls and large obstacles out of the signal path.
- Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth, then test again.
Check your audio cable
For low volume, distortion, or missing vocals when using AUX, match the cable to your audio source’s output. Connect it to Oasis Aura AUX IN.
