Audikast 4 - Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History – Avantree Support

Use this reset to clear the Audikast 4's saved Bluetooth pairing history before reconnecting your headphones or earbuds.

Clear the Pairing History

With the Audikast 4 powered ON, press and hold the + and − buttons together for about 5 seconds. Release them when all LEDs blink at the same time.

Reset complete

When all LEDs blink together, the saved pairing history has been cleared and Audikast 4 will enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically.

Before reconnecting your headphones

Temporarily turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby devices that previously connected to your headphones. This prevents the headphones from reconnecting to another device instead of the Audikast 4.

Reconnect Your Headphones

Put your headphones or earbuds into Bluetooth pairing mode and keep them close to the Audikast 4 until they connect.

Still Not Working?

Choose the issue that matches what you're experiencing.

The LEDs don't blink during the reset

Make sure the Audikast 4 is powered ON and that you are pressing the + and − buttons at the same time for the full 5 seconds.

The reset worked, but my headphones won't connect

Make sure the headphones are in their actual Bluetooth pairing mode, not simply powered on. Also turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby devices that may automatically reconnect to them.

Audikast 4 is not responding

Power cycle the transmitter, then try the reset again.

Power OFF → Unplug → Wait a Few Seconds → Reconnect → Power ON
