CALL TROUBLESHOOTING
Call Answered on iPhone but No Audio Through Roadtrip
If a call stays on your iPhone instead of playing through Roadtrip, follow these steps.
Step 1 – Set Call Audio Routing to Automatic
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap Touch.
- Tap Call Audio Routing.
- Select Automatic.
Automatic allows your iPhone to use a connected Bluetooth device, such as Roadtrip, for calls.
Step 2 – Check the Audio During a Call
- Make or answer a call while Roadtrip is connected.
- On the iPhone call screen, tap Audio.
- Choose Roadtrip if it appears in the list.
You should now hear the call through Roadtrip instead of the iPhone.
Step 3 – If Roadtrip Does Not Appear
- End the call.
- On your iPhone, open Settings → Bluetooth.
- Make sure Avantree Roadtrip shows as Connected.
- If it is not connected, select it to reconnect.
- Make another call, then tap Audio on the call screen again.
Still Not Working?
- Turn Roadtrip OFF.
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on your iPhone, then turn it back ON.
- Turn Roadtrip ON and wait for it to reconnect.
- Make another test call.
If Roadtrip is connected for music but still cannot be selected for calls, reset its Bluetooth pairing history and pair it again.
