Low volume usually happens because the sound level is controlled by both your phone and the speaker. If either one is set too low, the audio will sound quiet.
Quick Check
1. Play music or make a call. Make sure your phone’s media and call volume are both set to maximum.
2. Increase the speaker’s volume by rotating the volume knob on the Roadtrip device.
3. For better clarity, keep your car windows closed during calls or audio playback.
4. If the sound is still not loud enough, connect the device to your car stereo using the FM transmitter function for amplified audio through your car's speakers.
Most Common Issues or Why This Happens
Low phone or Roadtrip speaker volume, background noise, or using the device as a standalone speaker instead of through the car stereo can cause the audio to sound too quiet.
💡 Tip:
● For louder sound, use the FM transmitter feature to play audio through your car’s speakers. This can significantly increase overall volume.
● Make sure the sepaker is not LOW BATTERY - recharge first if needed
