Disconnecting or Microphone Not Working?
Reset the Bluetooth connection first. This usually fixes connection drops and microphone problems.
Before You Start
Make sure Roadtrip has enough battery power. Recharge it first if the battery is low.

Remove Roadtrip From Your Phone
Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove or forget Avantree Roadtrip. Then turn Bluetooth off on your phone.

Reset Roadtrip

Turn Roadtrip on.

Press and hold the
pairing button
for about 2 seconds until the LED flashes
red and blue.

While the LED is flashing red and blue,
double-click the
pairing button.
Reset Successful
The LED will flash pink and you will hear two beeps.

Reconnect Your Phone
Turn Bluetooth back on. Search for Avantree Roadtrip and connect to it again.

Test a Phone Call
Make or receive a test call and make sure the call audio is using Roadtrip.
Cannot Be Heard?
Check that the Roadtrip microphone is not muted. A solid red indicator means the microphone is muted. Press the microphone mute button once to mute or unmute it.
Still Disconnecting?
Keep your phone close to Roadtrip while testing, and make sure Roadtrip has enough battery power. Bluetooth interference or another previously connected device may also affect the connection.
