Make sure your hearing aids support Auracast, the transmitter is in the correct mode, and you connect using your hearing aid app or compatible phone.

● Check your hearing aids support Auracast Compatibility Checker.
● Make sure your hearing aids are not currently streaming any active audio (e.g., phone calls, music, or media).
● Set Audikast to Hearing Aid mode (white LED)
Connect using one of these:
Option 1 (Using your hearing aid app):
1. Open your hearing aid app
2. Tap Auracast Assistant
3. Tap Find a broadcast
4. Choose Audikast 4HA
Option 2 (Using your support phone – (Samsung S23/S24, Pixel 8/9)
1. Open Settings
2. Tap Bluetooth
3. Turn ON LE Audio
4. Tap Listen to Auracast broadcast
5. Choose Audikast 4HA
● If still not working: restart TV and Audikast

Most Common Issues or Why This Happens
● Hearing aids not compatible → only Auracast models work
● Wrong mode selected → not in Hearing Aid (Auracast) mode
● Not connected through app → Auracast requires joining broadcast, not pairing
💡 Tip:
After connecting, turn off your phone’s Bluetooth to reduce interference and improve stability. Stay close to the transmitter during setup for a faster connection
Still not working?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Restart Everything
- Restart your phone
- Restart your hearing aids
- Restart Audikast
- Restart your TV (if connected)
Many connection issues are resolved after restarting all devices.
Step 2: Reinstall the Hearing Aid App
If restarting does not help:
- Uninstall your hearing aid app
- Reinstall the app
- Reconnect your hearing aids
- Try joining broadcast to Audikast again
Step 3: Move Closer
Move closer to the transmitter during setup to improve connection reliability.
