Audikast 4HA - Compatibility Quick Check – Avantree Support

Check 2 things before using Audikast 4HA.

Your exact hearing aid model must support Auracast, and your TV or audio source needs a compatible audio output.

Check your brand and exact model. Not every hearing aid from the same brand supports Auracast.

TV Connection

Your TV needs Optical or 3.5 mm Audio Out. If it only has HDMI ARC / eARC, you can use the HAX06.

Important: a brand being listed in the connection guide does not mean every model connects directly to Audikast 4HA.

Audikast 4HA direct hearing-aid connection requires Auracast. Always check the exact hearing aid model and make sure its Auracast feature and required firmware are enabled.

Check Your TV

You only need one compatible audio output.

Optical / TOSLINK

Look for OPTICAL, DIGITAL AUDIO OUT, TOSLINK, or S/PDIF.

3.5 mm Audio Out

Look for HEADPHONE, AUDIO OUT, AUX OUT, or a 3.5 mm headphone-style port.

Only have HDMI ARC / eARC?

Audikast 4HA does not connect directly to HDMI. Use the Avantree HAX06 HDMI ARC Audio Extractor to convert the TV's HDMI ARC audio to Optical for Audikast 4HA.

Audikast 4HA should work if:
