Auracast Hearing Aid Fix Volume Issues – Avantree Support

The transmitter’s volume buttons do not control hearing aids. Use your hearing aid app or phone to adjust the volume.

Start the Auracast audio stream on your phone.
Open your hearing aid app and adjust the volume.
If the app does not control it, try your phone’s volume buttons.
Make sure the correct hearing aids and Auracast stream are selected.
Update the hearing aids app to the latest version.
If neither option works, check your hearing aid manufacturer’s instructions for Auracast volume control.

The transmitter sends audio to your hearing aids but does not directly control any listening volume.

Its volume buttons may work only with compatible wired audio connections or other supported devices.

💡 Tip:

Restart your phone and hearing aids, then reconnect. If you still cannot adjust the volume, contact your hearing aid provider.
