Place the headphones correctly on the dock or use the cable, and make sure the charging light turns on.
Quick Check
1. Place the headphones on the dock correctly
● Align the ⚡ symbol on the headphones with the ⚡ symbol on the dock
● Adjust slightly until the red charging light turns on
● If no light appears, reposition until it does
2. Check the charging light
● Red LED = Charging
● No light = Not charging
● If it still does not light up, continue below
3. Try direct cable charging
● Plug the cable directly into the headphones
● If this works, the issue is likely with dock alignment
• The red LED on the left earcup shows charging and turns off when fully charged.
• Charging Time: About 2.5 hours from empty to full.
4. Check cable and power source
● Use a wall charger (5 V/1 A); for reliable charging, don’t use TV, computer, or power bank
5. Clean the contact areas
● Wipe the ⚡ contact areas on both the dock and headphones
● If it still does not work, try placing the headphones again
6. Allow time to charge
● Charge for at least 30–60 minutes
● If the battery was fully drained, the light may take time to appear
Most Common Reason
The headphones are not properly aligned on the dock, so the charging contacts are not connecting.
💡 Tip:
Fully charge headphones before first use and avoid completely draining the battery on the initial charge.
• Auto Power-Off: The Audition 3 headphones automatically turn off while charging and won’t turn back on afterward, even if the switch is set to "ON." To power them on again, toggle the OFF/ON/PAIR switch from "OFF" to "ON."
