Before You Start
Headphones may fail to reconnect if they enter pairing mode accidentally, connect to another Bluetooth device, or lose their connection to the transmitter.
Step 1 – Reduce Wireless Interference
- Turn off the TV while pairing to help reduce interference.
- Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, and computers previously paired with the headphones. This helps prevent them from reconnecting to those devices.
- Keep the headphones and transmitter away from microwaves, Wi-Fi routers, and other wireless devices that may interfere with the connection.
Step 2 – Restart & Reconnect
- Turn OFF the transmitter and both headphones.
- Wait 10 seconds, then turn them back ON in any order.
- Allow 5–10 seconds for the headphones to reconnect automatically.
Still not connected? On the transmitter, press the matching button once:
- 🎧1 – Black Headphones
- 🎧2 – Red Headphones
Wait another 5–10 seconds. Do not press and hold, as this may activate pairing mode.
Still not connected? Continue to Step 3 – Manual Pairing.
Step 3 – Manual Pairing
Try manual pairing only if Step 2 did not work.
A. Put the Headphones Into Pairing Mode
Slide and hold the headphone power switch toward PAIR for about 3 seconds.
B. Put the Transmitter Into Pairing Mode
Press and hold the transmitter button that matches your headphones for about 2 seconds.
Hold for about 2 seconds
Hold for about 2 seconds
Reminder – Just Finished Charging?
Slide the headphone switch from OFF → ON. Make sure the transmitter is also ON. The headphones should reconnect automatically. If they do not, press the matching 🎧1 or 🎧2 button once.
