CK11 – How to Make a Call Using Voice Command

Use your phone’s voice assistant to make calls while connected to the CK11.

Step 1 – Connect Your Phone

Make sure your phone is connected to the CK11 by Bluetooth.

Step 2 – Activate Voice Command

Press the Voice Command button on the CK11.
Wait for the beep.
Say the command you want, such as “Call Mom.”

Your phone’s voice assistant will make the call.

Use Your Phone’s Voice Command Instead

If voice activation is enabled on your phone, you can activate your assistant directly.

iPhone – Set Up Siri

Open Settings → Siri & Search.
Turn on Listen for “Hey Siri”.
Turn on Press Home for Siri, if your iPhone shows this option.
Turn on Allow Siri When Locked.

You can then say “Hey Siri”, followed by your command.

Android – Set Up Google Assistant

Open Settings on your phone.
Open Google, then find Google Assistant or Assistant settings.
Open Hey Google & Voice Match.
Turn on Hey Google and follow the prompts to teach Google Assistant to recognize your voice.

You can then say “Hey Google”, followed by your command.

Phone menus can vary by model and software version. Look for similar Siri, Google Assistant, or Voice Match settings if the names are different.

Voice Command Not Working?

Make sure the CK11 is connected to your phone.
Make sure Siri or Google Assistant is enabled on your phone.
Keep your phone nearby and make sure its microphone is not blocked.
Press the Voice Command button again, wait for the beep, and try your command again.
