What to Do if the CK11 Cannot Be Charged? – Avantree Support

Please try another charging cable, charger and power source to make sure the charging cable and charger are good. Most smartphone chargers can charge it. Also, make sure the charging cable is plugged tightly on both ends.
Please try to remove the battery and plug it into a power souce via a good charging cable, is there a Red LED light?

If there is no Red LED light, you may receive a defective car kit. Please contact us for replacement.
If there is a Red Led light , it may be the problem of the battery. Put the battery back in, and try to charge it again, can it be recharged now? If still can't be charged, we will send a new battery to you.
