CK11 – Not Charging? Try These Steps
If your CK11 does not seem to charge, follow these steps in order.
Step 1 – Check the Charging Light
Connect the CK11 to a USB power source, then look at the LED.
Solid RED = Charging
LED OFF = Fully charged
If the CK11 is not fully charged and you do not see a solid RED light, continue to Step 2.
Step 2 – Check the Cable and Power Source
- Disconnect and reconnect the charging cable.
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted at both ends.
- Try another compatible USB charging cable.
- Try another USB power source.
Solid RED = Charging normally.
Step 3 – Test the CK11 Without the Battery
This test helps identify whether the charging problem is caused by the CK11 or its battery.
- Disconnect the charging cable.
- Remove the battery from the CK11.
- Connect the CK11 directly to a working USB power source using a cable you have already tested.
- Check the LED.
A RED Light Appears
The CK11 is receiving power. The battery may be causing the charging problem.
- Disconnect the charging cable.
- Put the battery back into the CK11.
- Reconnect the charger.
- Check whether the CK11 now shows a solid RED charging light.
