How to Charge
Follow these simple steps to charge your CK11 and check its charging status.
When Should I Charge the CK11?
When you hear the voice prompt "Battery low", charge your CK11.

Connect the Charging Cable
Connect the Micro-USB end of the charging cable to the charging port on the CK11.

Connect to a USB Power Source
Connect the USB end of the cable to a USB power source, such as a car charger, wall adapter, or computer.
Good to Know
You can continue using the CK11 while it is charging.

Check the Charging Status
Check the LED indicator on the CK11 to confirm the charging status.
Solid Red
The CK11 is charging.
LED Off
The CK11 is fully charged.
CK11 Not Charging?
If the red charging LED does not turn on:
- Make sure the charging cable is fully connected to the CK11.
- Try another USB power source.
- Try another compatible USB charging cable.
