Dual link may fail if devices aren’t in pairing mode, or already connected. When pairing two headphones, turn OFF your TV Bluetooth or nearby devices first to avoid interference. This helps prevent pairing conflicts during dual link setup.
Quick Check
1. Turn OFF Bluetooth on your TV/phone.
2. On the transmitter, hold A/1 for 5 seconds → red & blue flashing
3. Pair the first headphone → wait until transmitter shows solid blue.
(Once the first headphone is connected, you can pair the second headphone)
4. Put both the transmitter and second headphone in pairing mode:
● On the transmitter, hold B/2 for 5 seconds → red & blue flashing
● Follow your headphone manual → wait until show solid blue on the transmitter
5. If second won’t connect, restart it for 10 secs and try again
6. If still stuck, reset the transmitter and repeat steps
Most Common Issue
● One headphone is still connected to another device
