No sound usually means the headphones aren’t connected, the TV audio format isn’t set to PCM, or cables (OPT/AUX) aren’t securely plugged in.
Quick Check
1️⃣ Check Transmitter Signal & TV Audio
● OPT/AUX solid blue → TV audio detected
● OPT/AUX flashing blue → no audio detected from TV
Quick fix: Re-check the TV audio output and cable connections, then set TV Audio Settings → Digital Audio Output → PCM. Learn Here
2️⃣ Check Headphone Connection
● Solid blue → Connected to transmitter
● Flashing blue → Not connected
Quick fix: Pair the headphones with the transmitter. Learn Here
💡 Tip: After TV updates, audio settings may change automatically. If sound stops working suddenly, recheck that PCM is selected.
Most Common Issue
●Headphones not fully paired (transmitter not solid blue)
●TV or source not sending audio (flashing white indicator)
●Volume is too low or muted on TV/headphones
●Some TVs need digital/optical output set to PCM, not Dolby
