Factory reset clears the Audikast's pairing history

Use these steps when you want to remove previously paired Bluetooth devices and start the pairing process again.

Power on the Audikast

Connect the Audikast to a power source and move the power switch to the ON position.

POWER ON

Perform a Factory Reset

Press and hold the − and + buttons simultaneously for 7 seconds.

− +

HOLD 7 SECONDS

Keep both buttons pressed at the same time until the indicators respond.

Both indicators will illuminate PINK and then turn off. This confirms that the reset was successful.

What happens after the reset?

After the reset, the Audikast will re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Your transmitter may feature either of these icons, depending on the version:

Bluetooth Icon

Chain-Link Icon

These are the same Bluetooth and chain-link icons shown in the original Audikast FAQ.

The indicator next to the applicable icon will flash RED & BLUE, indicating that the Audikast is in pairing mode.
