Usually caused by either no headphone connection or no audio signal from the TV —check connections, ensure lights are solid white, and set TV audio to PCM.
Quick Check
1. Check transmitter and headphone connection
● Solid white → headphones are connected
● Flashing white/green → not connected yet → reconnect/pair your headphones

2. Check the audio input light (OPT or AUX):
● Solid white → TV audio is working
● Flashing white → no sound coming from TV → check your TV audio settings and cables

3. Make sure the audio cable is plugged in to the correct port of your transmitter .
Most Common Issue
The transmitter is not connected to headphones properly or Tv is not sending signal to the headphone .

Test with another audio cable or new optical/aux cable or test with another Tv .
Still not working?
Try restarting both the transmitter and your TV, then reconnect everything
