Oasis Plus 2 – Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History – Avantree Support

A factory reset clears all previous Bluetooth connections and restores the Oasis Plus 2 to its default settings.

Use this if you are having trouble pairing your headphones.

START HERE

Step 1 — Turn On the Oasis Plus 2

Power on the Oasis Plus 2.

RESET

Step 2 — Reset the Oasis Plus 2

Press and hold the + and – buttons together for 7 seconds.

Keep holding both buttons until the pairing lights turn:

EXPECTED LIGHT

Solid GREEN and WHITE

The lights will stay solid for about 5 seconds.

⚠️ Important: Press the + and – buttons at the same time and hold them for the full 7 seconds.

CHECK THE RESET

Step 3 — Check the Reset

After the reset, the Oasis Plus 2 should automatically enter pairing mode.

The indicator will flash:

PAIRING MODE

Blinking GREEN and WHITE

✅ This means the reset was successful and the Oasis Plus 2 is ready to pair again.

After resetting: You will need to pair your headphones again.

What Does the Reset Do?

Clears previous pairing information.
Restores the Oasis Plus 2 to its default settings.
Puts the transmitter back into pairing mode.
