Reset the Oasis Plus 2 and start fresh

A factory reset clears the Oasis Plus 2's previous Bluetooth connections and restores its default settings. Use this if you are having trouble pairing your headphones.

What does the reset do?

Automatically puts the transmitter back into pairing mode.

Reset at a Glance

Turn On the Oasis Plus 2

Power on the Oasis Plus 2 before starting the reset.

Press + AND − Together

Locate the Volume + and Volume − buttons. Press both buttons at exactly the same time.

PRESS & HOLD BOTH BUTTONS TOGETHER

+ VOLUME +

AND

− VOLUME −

KEEP HOLDING BOTH FOR 7 SECONDS Do not press one button first. Press + and − together and keep both held down.

WHAT YOU SHOULD SEE

Look for solid GREEN + solid WHITE. This confirms the reset command was recognized.

Check That the Reset Was Successful

After the reset, the Oasis Plus 2 should automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

PAIRING MODE AFTER RESET

GREEN + WHITE blink alternately when the Oasis Plus 2 is ready to pair again.

Blinking GREEN + WHITE?

The reset is complete. You can now pair your headphones again.

After Resetting

Your previous Bluetooth pairing information has been cleared. You will need to pair your headphones again.
