Dual Link not working?

This usually happens because of Bluetooth interference or a pairing mistake. The most important step is to keep Headset 1 connected while pairing Headset 2.

First Check

Do you see 2 solid white headset indicators?

Headset 1

Headset 2

YES — Both are solid white: Dual Link is connected.

NO? Follow the 3 steps below.

Correct Pairing Order

Connect
Headset 1

Turn Bluetooth OFF on other devices

Nearby Bluetooth devices may interfere with pairing. Temporarily turn Bluetooth off on devices your headphones have previously connected to.

Keep Headset 1 connected

Make sure the first headset is connected before you start pairing the second headset.

Do not turn Headset 1 off. Its indicator should be solid white before you pair Headset 2.

What to look for: Headset 1 connected

Headset 1 should show a solid white indicator.

Pair Headset 2

With Headset 1 still connected, connect the second headset.

Pairing is complete when both Headset 1 and Headset 2 indicators are solid white.

Successful Dual Link: both indicators are solid white.

Both indicators solid white?

Dual Link pairing is complete. Both headphones should now be connected to the Oasis Plus 2.

Both connected, but Headset 2 has no sound?

Restart the connection in this order:

Turn both
headphones OFF

→

Turn Oasis Plus 2
OFF / ON

→

Turn both
headphones ON

→

Wait a
few seconds

After both headphones are working

Turn everything off and back on once. This helps the Oasis Plus 2 remember both headphones and reconnect them more easily the next time you use it.
