Step-by-Step Fix

1. Turn off Bluetooth on all other devices

● Mobile phones, laptops, speakers, and other headphones may interfere with pairing.

2. Keep the first pair connected

● The first headset should show a solid white light before pairing the second.

3. Connect the second pair

● Once successfully connected, both Headset 1 and Headset 2 indicators will be solid White .

4. If the second pair has no sound

5. Turn off both headphone

6. Turn OFF/ON the Oasis plus 2

7. Turn ON headphones

8. Wait a few seconds – both should reconnect and function properly

Most Common Issue

The second headphone won’t connect because the first one was turned off or pairing didn’t finish properly.
