Most pairing issues happen because something else is connected, the devices aren’t in pairing mode, or there’s interference nearby.
Quick Check
1. Turn OFF Bluetooth on other phones/tablets nearby
2. Put both devices in pairing mode
● Oasis Plus 2: hold the button until LED flashes green & white
● Headphones: hold their button until flashing/light or voice prompt says pairing

3. Keep them very close (within a few feet) and Wait for solid white light = connected
Most Common Issue
The headphones are already connected to another device or are not in pairing mode.
💡 Tip:
● Some headphones reconnect automatically to your phone—turn your phone’s Bluetooth OFF during setup to avoid this.
● Try using a wall charger instead of TV USB power

1. Reset both devices (Oasis + headphones)

● Headphone - Refer to its own manual
2. Update Firmware of your Oasis Plus 2 to improve pairing reliability. After updating, retry pairing your headphones.
