HT41899 Plus 2 – Headphones Not Reconnecting?
Follow these steps in order if one or both headphones will not reconnect to the transmitter.
Before You Start
Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby TVs, phones, tablets, computers, Bluetooth speakers, and other devices previously connected to the headphones to avoid interference.
Check Which Headphones You Are Using
Step 1 – Turn the Headphones and Transmitter ON
Slide the switches on both the headphones and the transmitter from OFF → ON to power them on.
The headphones should connect automatically, no matter which one you turn on first.
If they do not connect automatically, continue to Step 2.
Step 2 – Try a Quick Reconnect
On the transmitter, press the button that matches your headphones once.
Press once
Press once
Wait about 5–10 seconds. Do not keep pressing the button.
If the headphones connect, play something on your TV and check for sound. If they still do not connect, continue to Step 3.
Step 3 – Manually Pair the Headphones Again
Only do this if the quick reconnect above did not work.
A. Put the Headphones Into Pairing Mode
Slide and hold the headphone power switch toward PAIR for about 3 seconds.
B. Put the Transmitter Into Pairing Mode
Press and hold the button that matches your headphones for about 2 seconds.

Connected but Still No Sound?
If the headphones show Solid Blue but you cannot hear the TV, the headphones are connected. The problem is more likely with the TV audio connection or audio settings.
Follow the guide below for the correct TV connection and audio-setting checks.
Fix No Sound After SetupHeadphones Keep Connecting to Another Device?
Turn Bluetooth OFF on phones, tablets, computers, Smart TVs, and other devices previously connected to the headphones.
Then slide the headphones and transmitter to OFF, switch them back ON, and wait for them to reconnect.
Just Finished Charging?
Slide the headphone switch from OFF → ON.
Make sure the transmitter is also ON. The headphones should reconnect automatically. If they do not, press the matching 🎧1 or 🎧2 button once.
