HT380 – How to Charge the Headphones / Receiver
Charge the receiver on the dock or replace its battery with the charged spare battery.
Low battery: When the HT380 receiver battery is low, you will hear beeps.
Option 1 – Charge the Receiver on the Dock
Charge the Receiver
- Make sure the transmitter / charging dock is connected to power.
- Place the HT380 receiver securely into the charging position on the dock.
Solid RED = Charging
Solid GREEN = Fully charged
Option 2 – Use the Spare Battery
Replace and Charge the Spare Battery
- Remove the low battery from the receiver.
- Replace it with the charged spare battery.
- Place the low battery into the spare battery charging slot on the transmitter dock.
Solid RED = Spare battery charging
Solid GREEN = Spare battery fully charged
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
No RED Charging Light
- Make sure the charging dock has power.
- Remove the receiver or spare battery.
- Place it back into the charging position securely.
Receiver Still Does Not Charge
Confirm the dock has power, reseat the receiver, and make sure the charging area is clean and dry. Then test the spare battery in its charging slot.
