HT380 – How to Add Two or More Receivers

Connect additional HT380 receivers to one transmitter dock.

Important: You can add only compatible HT380 receivers. Keep the original receiver connected while adding a new one.

Step 1 – Prepare the New Receiver

Turn OFF the second HT380 transmitter and receiver.
Turn ON the first transmitter and receiver. Wait for Solid GREEN = Connected.
Turn OFF the first transmitter and receiver.
On the second receiver, hold AMBIENT for about 5 seconds.

Fast flashing YELLOW-GREEN = New receiver is ready to pair

Step 2 – Connect the New Receiver

Turn ON the first transmitter dock only. Keep its original receiver OFF.
Wait for the transmitter’s TRANSMIT light to flash GREEN.
Keep the new receiver close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds.

Flashing GREEN = Transmitter is searching

Solid GREEN = New receiver connected

Adding more receivers? On each new HT380 receiver, hold AMBIENT for about 5 seconds.

Fast flashing YELLOW-GREEN = New receiver is ready to pair

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

New Receiver Does Not Connect

Keep the new receiver close to the transmitter. Turn it OFF, then hold AMBIENT for 5 seconds again before turning ON the first transmitter dock.
