Once you conected your bluetooth headphones/speakers with the Avantree adapter (C81/DG60/DG80/Leaf/C51), please also check/adjust the Sound Setting on your Audio Source to get sound:

Macbook
Step 1: Adjust the Audio Settings on your Mac.
In the top bar, click on the speaker icon and switch the output device to "Avantree **Device Name**"
Step 2 (Optional): If you'd like to use Microphone.
In your sound preferences, also located in the drop down menu from the speaker icon, go to the input tab and switch the input device to "Avantree **Device Name**".
Step 3 (Optional): If you're using a Non-Faststream Headphone.If you're using a Non-Faststream Headphones and you'd like to use it for a call/voice chat, please double-click the button on the adapter to enter Chat Mode. You may double-click again to switch back.
Step 1: Adjust the Audio Settings on your PS4.
Go to Audio Devices. Make sure both “Input Device” and “Output Device” are set to "Avantree **Device Name**" Now you can hear the game background music and control the volume through the controller.
Step 2 (Optional): If you're using a Non-Faststream Headphones.
If you're using a Non-Faststream Headphones and you'd like to use the microphone for in-game chats, please double-click the button on the adapter to switch into Chat Mode. You may double-click again to switch back.
Adjust the Audio Settings on your Computer.
- Go to Start > Settings > System > Sound
- Set Output device to "Avantree **Device Name**"
- Set Input device to "Avantree **Device Name***
