Medley Clear – How to Add a Second Pair of Headphones
Connect two pairs of Bluetooth headphones so two people can listen to the TV together.
Important
Connect the original NB18T headphones first. Do not pair the second headphones until the NB18T is fully connected.
Before You Start
Turn your TV off. Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other devices previously paired with the second headphones. Keep the transmitter and both pairs of headphones close together.
Step 1 – Connect the Original NB18T
- Turn on the Medley Clear transmitter.
- Turn on the original NB18T headphones.
- Wait a few seconds for them to connect.
Solid BLUE = Original NB18T connected. Keep it on.
Step 2 – Put the Second Headphones in Pairing Mode
Put the second headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode.
The pairing button, holding time, and indicator vary by brand. Check the headphone manual or search:

Search Google for Pairing Instructions →Step 3 – Pair and Connect the Second Headphones
- Confirm that the second headphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Slide the transmitter power switch to the PAIR icon and hold it there for 2 seconds.
- Release the switch when the transmitter indicator flashes red and blue.
- Keep both devices close and wait without pressing any other buttons.

Step 4 – Turn the TV Back On
Turn the TV back on, play something, and test both pairs of headphones.
How to Reconnect Both Pairs Next Time
- Turn on the Medley Clear transmitter.
- Turn on the original NB18T and wait for solid blue.
- Turn on the second headphones and wait 5–10 seconds.
Something Doesn't Look Right?
Original NB18T Is Not Connected
Reconnect the original NB18T first. Keep it on and wait for solid blue before pairing the second headphones.
Second Headphones Are On but Will Not Connect
Put the headphones into actual Bluetooth pairing mode. Check their manual for the correct button, holding time, and pairing indicator.
Both Devices Are in Pairing Mode but Will Not Connect
- Confirm that the original NB18T is connected.
- Keep the second headphones close to the transmitter.
- Turn Bluetooth off on nearby devices.
- Restart pairing on both devices.
- Wait without pressing any additional buttons.
There Is a Delay Between the Two Headphones
Different Bluetooth headphones can have different audio delays. Compatible low-latency headphones provide better synchronization.
