Medley Clear – How to Charge the NB18T Headphones

Charge the NB18T on the transmitter dock or connect a USB-C cable directly to the headphones.

Charging time: About 2.5–3 hours

The headphones and transmitter do not need to be turned on while charging.

Option 1 – Charge on the Transmitter Dock

Step 1 – Power the Transmitter Dock

Connect the transmitter dock to power using the provided USB-C cable.

Use a 5V / 0.5A–2A USB power source. A wall adapter is recommended for reliable charging.

The transmitter dock does not have a built-in battery. It must remain connected to power while charging the headphones.

Step 2 – Place the Headphones on the Dock

Place the NB18T securely on the charging dock. Make sure it is sitting correctly in the charging position.

The transmitter and headphones can remain OFF while charging.

Option 2 – Charge Directly with USB-C

Step 1 – Connect the USB-C Cable

Connect the provided USB-C cable directly to the charging port on the NB18T.

Connect the other end to a 5V / 0.5A–2A USB wall adapter or a computer USB port.

Step 2 – Check the Headphone LED

Solid RED on the headphones = Charging
Headphone LED OFF = Fully charged

A full charge takes about 2.5–3 hours.

Low Battery

RED headphone LED = Low battery

You will also hear “Low battery” about every 5 minutes. Charge the headphones soon.

Battery Life

A full charge provides up to 20 hours of listening time. Battery life varies with volume and use.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

No Red Light When Charging on the Dock
  1. Make sure the dock’s USB-C cable is firmly connected.
  2. Confirm that the USB power source is working.
  3. Remove and carefully reposition the NB18T on the dock.

Still Not Charging on the Dock?

Connect a USB-C cable directly to the NB18T.

Charges directly: Check the dock’s power connection and reposition the headphones.

Does not charge directly: Try another compatible USB-C cable and another power source.

Charging Light Turns Off

LED OFF = Fully charged. Remove the headphones from the dock or disconnect the USB-C cable.

Power the NB18T On or Off

Power ON: Move the headphone power switch to ON.

Power OFF: Move the power switch to OFF.

The NB18T and transmitter can remain OFF while charging, as long as the dock is connected to power.
