Connect the Headphones Directly to Another Device

You can use the HT280 headphones without the transmitter by connecting them directly with the included 3.5mm AUX cable.

3.5mm AUX Cable Included with the HT280

Your Audio Device 3.5mm audio output

Plug one end of the included 3.5mm AUX cable into the 3.5mm jack on the headphones.

Plug the other end of the AUX cable into the device you want to listen from.

Important

Once the 3.5mm AUX cable is plugged into the headphones, they automatically power off. This is normal.

Headphone Buttons The built-in control buttons do not function in this mode.

Microphone The headphone microphone does not function in this mode.

Use the connected device itself to adjust the volume or change tracks.

Plug the 3.5mm AUX cable directly into the headphone's 3.5mm jack.

No pairing is needed.

Independent use is a wired connection through the 3.5mm AUX cable. The headphones are not connecting wirelessly to the other device.

Disconnect the AUX cable from the headphones, then use the HT280 transmitter for wireless TV listening.
