HT5009 Headphones Connection Fix

Pair the headphones and transmitter to lock their Bluetooth connection.

Quick Check 

①  Power off TV:

Unplug the transmitter from the TV USB and plug it into a wall outlet.

②  Transmitter pairing mode:

Hold the pairing button until the LED flashes green and white.

③  Headphones pairing mode:

Turn on, then slide and hold the switch to the "pair"  until LED flashes red and blue.

④  Wait to connect:

The transmitter "LL" and "A" lights will turn solid white, and the headphones will turn solid blue.

⑤  Lock the connection:

Hold the "1" button (or "+" button if your model lacks a "1") on the transmitter for 10 seconds until the light turns green. It always connects once turned on. 

Why This Happens

The factory connection may break due to pairing with another device, using replacement hardware, or power fluctuations from the TV's USB port.

💡 Tip

For the most reliable connection, lock the paired headphones to the transmitter, power them via a wall outlet during setup, and disable nearby Bluetooth devices.
