Factory Reset
Clear the CK11 Pairing History
Remove saved Bluetooth connections and start pairing again.
Before You Reset
Resetting the CK11 clears its saved Bluetooth pairing history.
You will need to pair your phone with the CK11 again afterward.

Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the
Multi-Function Button (MFB) for 3 seconds.
Red and blue flash alternately
The CK11 is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.

Factory Reset
While the CK11 is in pairing mode,
double-click the MUTE button.

Double-click the MUTE button.
MUTE
Reset Complete
You will hear 2 beeps.
This confirms that the CK11 pairing history has been cleared.

The CK11 automatically returns to pairing mode and is ready to pair again.

Pair Your Phone Again
On your phone, open the Bluetooth settings and connect to:
Avantree CK11
If your phone still shows an old CK11 connection,
remove or forget it first, then search for the CK11 again.
Didn't Hear the 2 Beeps?
- Make sure the CK11 is powered on.
- Hold the MFB for 3 seconds first.
- Confirm that the LED is flashing red and blue alternately.
- Only then double-click the MUTE button.
