CK11 - How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History?

A factory reset clears all pairing history and restores CK11 to default settings. Reset if you have trouble pairing or reconnecting.

Step 1: Enter Pairing Mode
With CK11 powered on, press & hold the MFB button for about 3s until LED flashes red & blue.

Step 2: Reset CK11

While in pairing mode, double-press the Mute button. The LED will briefly flash pink and you’ll hear 2 beeps, indicating a successful reset. CK11 will return to pairing mode, with LED flashing red & blue.

Tips:

• Bluetooth device normally auto-reconnects to its LAST paired / connected device. You might need to make sure the previous used device are Bluetooth-off to avoid interference.
• It is important to Reset both Bluetooth sender and receiver. In case of cellphone / PC, you can turn off its Bluetooth function and turn it back on.
