Before You Start: Headphones may connect to a nearby device instead of the transmitter, or lose their connection. Try these checks in order, starting with the simplest.
Step 1 – Reduce Wireless Interference
Temporarily disable Bluetooth on nearby phones, tablets, and computers previously paired with the headphones to prevent them from reconnecting. Keep the headphones and transmitter away from microwaves, Wi-Fi routers, and other wireless devices that may cause signal interference.
Step 2 – Restart and Reconnect
LED not solid blue? Follow these steps to reconnect.
- Turn off the TV, transmitter, and headphones for 10 seconds.
- Keep the TV off. Turn on the transmitter, then turn on the headphones with the switch set to TV / BASE.
- Keep the headphones near the transmitter and wait 5–10 seconds for them to reconnect.
- If they do not reconnect, press the middle button between + and − on the headphones once.
Once the headphones reconnect, turn the TV back on.
Step 3 – Manually Pair the Headphones
If the headphones still do not reconnect, follow the pairing guide.
Opera Plus Headphone Pairing Guide →Step 4 – Still Disconnecting?
If the connection still drops, reset the headphones using the guide below.
