One-sided sound is usually caused by a loose or incomplete cable connection, so audio only reaches one side.
Quick Check
Unplug the audio cable from the transmitter and plug it back in firmly
Check the cable is fully inserted into your TV/audio source
Wiggle the cable slightly and see if sound cuts in/out
Power OFF then ON the headphones and test again
If it still doesn’t work:
Try another cable or port (AUX / Optical)
Test with another device

The audio cable isn’t fully connected, so only one channel (left or right) is working.
