Clear the Bluetooth Pairing History

Use this reset if the headphones are having trouble pairing directly with a Bluetooth phone, tablet, computer, or TV.

This reset is for Bluetooth / Phone mode only.

The connection between the headphones and the transmitter uses 2.4 GHz in TV / Base mode. That connection cannot be reset or have its pairing history cleared.

Reset the Headphones

Switch to Bluetooth / Phone Mode

Move the headphone switch to Bluetooth / Phone.

Hold Volume + and – Together

Press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.

Check the LED

The LED will briefly flash pink, then return to alternating red and blue.

Pink flash = Pairing history cleared Alternating red / blue = Ready to pair

Reset complete.

The headphones are now in Bluetooth pairing mode. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and pair the headphones again.
