Opera Plus - Charging Guide

Before You Start: Use a 5V / 1A wall charger to power the charging dock. A TV, computer, or power bank may not provide enough power for reliable charging.

Step 1 – Check the Charging Light

Place the headphones on the charging dock and check the indicator:

Step 2 – Fix the Dock Connection

1. Remove the headphones from the dock. Wipe the charging contacts on the headphones and dock with a clean, dry cloth.
2. Place the headphones back on the dock. Adjust their position until the charging contacts touch and the red charging light appears.
3. Try a different charging cable and a different 5V / 1A wall charger.

Step 3 – Test USB-C Charging

Connect a USB-C charging cable directly to the headphones. Plug it into a different 5V / 1A wall adapter and a working wall outlet.
