3
Check the Broadcast Setting and Volume
Look at the LED on C82 Aura. The color shows its current Auracast sampling rate.
White LED – 24 kHz
Recommended for Auracast hearing aids.
Orange LED – 48 kHz
Recommended for compatible Auracast headphones and speakers.
Important:
The white and orange LEDs show the
broadcast sampling rate.
They do not confirm whether
your hearing aids have joined the broadcast.
How Do I Switch Between 24 kHz and 48 kHz?
- Locate the multifunction button on C82 Aura.
- Press and hold it for 6 seconds.
-
Check the LED:
- White: 24 kHz
- Orange: 48 kHz
- For Auracast hearing aids, select 24 kHz (white).
- Rejoin the broadcast if necessary and test the audio again.
- For hearing aids, confirm C82 Aura shows the white LED (24 kHz).
- Adjust the Auracast streaming volume using your hearing aid app or supported phone controls.
- Increase the source device's volume gradually.
- Play audio again and listen for sound.
