C82 Aura only supports Auracast broadcasting (BIS). It does not support two-way audio or microphone input.
What does this mean?
You can listen to call audio through your hearing aids, but the C82 Aura cannot send your voice back to Teams, Zoom, or other calling apps.
For video calls
Use your PC's built-in microphone for your voice while continuing to listen through your hearing aids.
