Harmony A2 – Audio Quality Gets Worse Over Time

Improve distortion, reduced clarity, interrupted sound, or unstable audio after extended use.

This issue is usually related to firmware performance on the transmitter. Updating both parts can improve audio stability and clarity.

Step 1 – Update Both Devices

Update the firmware on both the transmitter and Harmony A2 speaker(s).

Step 2 – Reset After Updating

1. Reset the transmitter and each Harmony A2 speaker after the firmware update is complete.
2. Use the system normally and test the audio again.
