Harmony A2 – Factory Reset

Resetting the Harmony A2 only clears classic Bluetooth pairings. It does not affect Auracast connections, which remain saved.

Quick Check

1️⃣ Turn on the speaker

Make sure the Harmony A2 is powered on.

2️⃣ Switch to Classic Bluetooth mode

Single-press the Bluetooth Mode switch to ensure the speaker is in Classic Bluetooth mode before performing the reset.

3️⃣ Enter reset mode

Press and hold the “+” and “–” buttons together for about 5 seconds.

4️⃣ Confirm the reset

The LED will turn pink for about 2 seconds to confirm the reset.

✅ This clears Classic Bluetooth pairing history and switches the speaker to Auracast Broadcasting mode.

Why This Happens

Old Bluetooth pairings can prevent new devices from connecting or cause unstable connections.
