Harmony A2 – Volume Too Low
Turn up the volume on the transmitter, speaker, and audio source.
Step 1 – Turn Up the Transmitter Volume
Press the + button on the Harmony transmitter several times to increase its volume.
Step 2 – Turn Up Each Speaker
Press the + button on each Harmony A2 speaker until it reaches a comfortable listening level.
Step 3 – Check Your Audio Source Volume
Turn up the volume on your TV, phone, tablet, computer, or other connected audio source. For best results, set the source volume to at least 80%.
Tip: The transmitter, each speaker, and your audio source have separate volume controls. Check all three before testing again.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
One Speaker Is Quieter Than the Others
Press + on the quieter speaker to increase its individual volume.
Volume Is Still Too Low
Confirm that the transmitter, speaker, and connected audio source are all turned up. Then try another audio source or video to compare the volume.
