Hearing choppy audio, crackling, or distortion? Choose the connection you use to send audio to your Oasis Aura transmitter.
Update the firmware
Use this section if your phone, tablet, or computer sends audio to Oasis Aura over Bluetooth.
- Update the transmitter. Connect Oasis Aura to your computer with a USB data cable and follow the firmware update guide.
- Check for Harmony A2 speaker updates. If newer firmware is available, update each Harmony A2 speaker individually.
- Reset and test. Follow the Harmony A2 reset guide for each device you updated. Reconnect your Bluetooth audio source if needed, check that the speakers are receiving the broadcast, and play audio again.

- Move your phone, tablet, or computer closer to Oasis Aura for testing. Bluetooth input range is approximately 10–15 m (30–50 ft) without obstructions.
- Keep walls and large obstacles out of the signal path.
- Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth, then test again.
