Good to Know

Volume + and − do more than volume

The same buttons are used for power, calls, Bluetooth pairing, Auracast searching, and clearing the saved pairing history.

Bluetooth and Auracast use different colors

A Bluetooth connection is confirmed by a solid blue light for 3 seconds. A successful Auracast join is confirmed by a solid orange light for 3 seconds.

Check the Audio Input light for no-sound issues

The transmitter's Audio Input light should be solid white when a valid TV audio signal is being received. A flashing white light means the audio signal is invalid.

No Sound?

Check the transmitter Audio Input light, TV audio settings, cable connection, earbud connection, and volume.
