Medley Pebble 2 – Low Volume Issue (Firmware Update)

If the volume of your Medley Pebble 2 is too low, even after enabling Volume Boost, please update the transmitter firmware.

Update Steps:

1. Download the firmware package

Download the firmware file provided below and save it to your computer.

2. Download and install Avantree Firmware Updater

Install the Avantree Firmware Updater on your computer.

3. Connect the transmitter

Connect your Medley Pebble 2 transmitter to your computer using a USB data cable.

4. Open Avantree Firmware Updater

Launch the Avantree Firmware Updater and wait until your transmitter is detected.

5. Select Manual Update

Click “Manual Update” and select the downloaded firmware package.

6. Complete the update

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the firmware update.

After the update is complete:

1. Restart the transmitter.
2. Reconnect your earbuds.
3. Test the volume again.
