DG60 Aura - Fix Bluetooth Pairing Issue – Avantree Support

If your Bluetooth headphones or earbuds won't connect

DG60 Aura may not be in pairing mode. Your headphones or earbuds may not be in pairing mode. Old Bluetooth pairing records may need to be cleared.

Switch DG60 Aura to Bluetooth mode

Slide the mode switch to the Bluetooth position.

Put DG60 Aura into pairing mode

Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds. The LED should flash blue and white.

Flashing Blue + White = Pairing mode

Put your headphones or earbuds into pairing mode

Make sure they are actively searching for a new Bluetooth device. Keep them close to the DG60 Aura while pairing.

Wait for them to connect

Keep both devices in pairing mode and allow them a few moments to connect.

Still won't pair?

Clear the DG60 Aura's saved Bluetooth pairing history, then put your headphones or earbuds back into pairing mode and try again.

Using an Auracast device instead?

Do not use Bluetooth pairing mode. Switch the DG60 Aura to Auracast mode, then connect using your device's Auracast Assistant or app.
