When Should I Reset the DG60 Aura?
A reset can help when:
- Your Bluetooth headphones or speaker won't pair.
- The Bluetooth connection is unstable.
- You want to clear the DG60 Aura's saved Bluetooth pairing history and pair again.
Before You Reset
The reset clears the DG60 Aura's saved Bluetooth pairing history.
- After the reset, you will need to pair your Bluetooth device again.
- Keep the DG60 Aura connected to a powered USB port during the reset.
- Follow the LED indicators below to confirm each step.
Switch to Bluetooth Mode
Slide the DG60 Aura's mode switch to the Bluetooth ᛒ position .
Enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode
Press the MFB (Multifunction Button) to put the DG60 Aura into Bluetooth pairing mode.
Pairing Mode
Blue + white flashing
The DG60 Aura is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Clear the Pairing History
While the DG60 Aura is in pairing mode, double-click the MFB.
Before Reset
Blue + white flashing
DG60 Aura is in pairing mode.
Reset Successful
Blue + white solid
Both LEDs stay solid for about 5 seconds.
Reset confirmed: If the blue and white LEDs stay solid for about 5 seconds, the DG60 Aura's Bluetooth pairing history has been cleared successfully.
Pair Your Bluetooth Device Again
The DG60 Aura's previous Bluetooth pairing information has now been cleared. Put your headphones, earbuds, or speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode and pair it with the DG60 Aura again.
Tip: Temporarily turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and TVs that your headphones normally connect to. This can prevent the headphones from reconnecting to another device while you are trying to pair them with the DG60 Aura.

Didn't See the Solid Blue + White LEDs?
If the LEDs do not stay blue + white for about 5 seconds, try the reset again:
- Confirm the DG60 Aura is in Bluetooth mode.
- Press the MFB to enter pairing mode and confirm that the LED is flashing blue + white.
- While it is flashing blue + white, double-click the MFB again.
Reset Successful, but Still Won't Pair?
Clear the Bluetooth pairing history on your headphones, earbuds, or speaker as well. Then turn Bluetooth off on nearby devices, put your Bluetooth device back into pairing mode, and try pairing it with the DG60 Aura again.
