DG60 Aura - Mic Not Working – Avantree Support

Auracast mode does not support the microphone.

To use your headset microphone with the DG60 Aura, switch the adapter to Bluetooth mode.

Switch to Bluetooth mode

The microphone and headset call functions are available in Bluetooth mode, not Auracast mode.

Set DG60 Aura as your PC audio device

In your computer's sound settings, select Avantree DG60 Aura for both:

Audio Output Speaker

Audio Input Microphone

Check your call app

In Teams, Zoom, or your other calling app, select DG60 Aura for both the microphone and speaker.

Check the LED during the call

When Call mode is active, the DG60 Aura LED should be solid white.

Solid White = Call mode active

Call mode vs. Music mode

Call Mode

Solid white LED. Microphone works and audio changes to mono.

Music Mode

Solid blue LED. Close your call apps to return to stereo music.

Using Auracast?

Auracast mode does not support headset microphone functions. If you need to talk while using Auracast, use your PC or phone's built-in microphone instead.
