Sound suddenly becomes lower quality or mono?
The DG60 Aura may have switched to Call mode. This can happen when a call app such as Zoom, Teams, or Skype is active on your PC.
How to fix it

Close any active call apps on your PC, such as Zoom, Teams, or Skype.

The DG60 Aura will automatically switch back to Music mode for stereo audio.
Check the LED
Solid White
Call mode — mono audio
Solid Blue
Music mode — stereo audio
