No sound usually means the headphones are not connected, the wrong output is selected, or the TV audio format is not supported.
Quick Check
1️⃣ Check Transmitter Signal & TV Audio
● Solid light → TV audio detected
● Flashing light → No audio from TV
Quick fix: Re-check the TV audio output and cable connections, then set TV Audio Settings → Digital Audio Output → PCM. Learn Here:
2️⃣ Check Headphone Connection
● Solid blue → Connected to transmitter
● Flashing blue → Not connected
Quick fix: Pair the headphones with the transmitter. Learn Here
3️⃣ Match the Input Mode
Set the transmitter input to match your TV: AUX | Optical | HDMI ARC.
If Receiver Has Two Modes make sure it is set to the correct mode:
● Opera Plus / Crescendo 3D / Crescendo Me → TV/Base Mode
● Harmony 2 → Broadcasting Mode
4️⃣ No sound from a specific app
If sound works elsewhere but not in apps like Netflix or Prime Video: Set the TV app setting or Streaming Device setting to PCM/Stereo
5️⃣ Reconnect the Audio Cable
Unplug the audio cable from both the TV and the transmitter, then plug it back in securely.
This helps reset the audio signal and resolve loose or unstable connections.
Most Common Reason
The TV is set to an unsupported audio format (Dolby/DTS instead of PCM) or the headphones are not properly connected.
💡 Tip:
After TV updates, audio settings may change automatically. If sound stops working suddenly, recheck that PCM is selected.
