Prevent the headphones from connecting to another Bluetooth device while you pair them with the transmitter.
- Turn the TV OFF.
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other Bluetooth devices.
- Keep the headphones close to the transmitter.
Pair First, Then Lock

Put the transmitter into pairing mode
Plug the transmitter into a wall outlet and turn it ON.
Press and hold the Pair/Lock button (↻) for 5 seconds.
Flashing Red & Blue — Transmitter is ready to pair -
Put the headphones into pairing mode
Turn the headphones ON. If the light is already flashing red and blue, continue to Step 3.
If not, press and hold the Play/Pause button (▶⏸) for 5 seconds.
Flashing Red & Blue — Headphones are ready to pair -
Wait for them to connect
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter. Wait until both devices show a solid blue light.
Solid Blue on both devices — Connected
Now Lock the Connection
When both devices show a solid blue light, quickly double-click the Pair/Lock button (↻) on the transmitter.
Headphones still not connecting?
Reset both the transmitter and headphones, then repeat the pairing steps above.

- The transmitter or headphones were not in pairing mode.
- The headphones connected to a nearby Bluetooth device instead.
- The headphones were paired but the connection was not locked afterward.
Before trying again, turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, computers, and other Bluetooth devices.
