These quick checks can prevent common setup and charging problems.

Check the TV audio format and charging power

When using the Ensemble with your TV's Optical output, set the TV's Digital Audio Output Format to PCM.

For reliable charging, use a suitable USB power source. A TV USB port, computer USB port, or power bank may not always provide enough power.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

Choose the issue that best matches what you are experiencing.

No Sound? Check the headphone connection, TV output, audio cable, and TV audio format.

Fix No Sound

Pairing Problem? Pair the Ensemble headphones and transmitter again, then lock their connection.

Need to Reset? Clear the saved pairing information and pair the Ensemble again.
