Poor audio quality usually happens when the headphones are too far from the transmitter, there is wireless interference, or the audio source settings are not optimal.
Quick Check
1️⃣ Move closer to the transmitter
Keep the headphones within range and avoid walls or large objects between the headphones and transmitter.
2️⃣ Check the transmitter connection
Make sure the audio cable is firmly connected to the TV or audio source.
3️⃣ Reduce wireless interference
Move the transmitter away from Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, or other electronics.
4️⃣ Restart the headphones and transmitter
Turn both devices OFF and ON again to refresh the connection.
➡️ If the sound still seems distorted:
Try switching the headphones to Balanced Mode (see instructions below).
Why It Sometimes Doesn’t Work
Audio quality issues usually occur when wireless interference affects the signal or when the default Voice Clear audio mode does not match the listener’s hearing needs.
💡 Tip:
Starting with batch T24J1, the default Voice Clear mode was enhanced to improve clarity for users with severe hearing loss.
However, some users without this need may notice slight sound distortion.
Workaround: Switch to Balanced Mode
Make sure the headphones are paired with the transmitter (both LEDs should be solid blue).
Press and hold both the ⏯ and + buttons on the right earcup of the headphones until you hear the prompt "Balanced Mode." The EQ mode will be saved and will not reset when you turn the headphones off and back on.
Notes
EQ adjustment is not available for batches before T24D2.
If the headphones are reset, the EQ will return to Voice Clear mode.
