Ensemble - Factory Reset/Clear Pairing History

Reset the Transmitter*

Turn on the transmitter.
Press and hold the 🔄 buttons on the transmitter for about 5 seconds until the LED flash red and blue. Then double-click it.
Afterwards, the LED will begin flashing blue.

Reset the Headphones

Turn on the headphones.
Then, press and hold “+” and “–” for about 8 seconds until the LED turns pink.
The headphones will automatically re-enter pairing mode (flashing red and blue).

• Turn off Bluetooth on nearby devices (TVs, phones, computers, speakers) to avoid connection interference.

*Method 2: Use a little screwdriver or another long and narrow tool to push the AUX pole in the transmitter. Insert the screwdriver into the AUX port on the back of the transmitter until you reach the end. Press and hold the pole at the end until the LED indicator turns PINK, and then starts flashing RED & BLUE.
