Need to Reset Your Ensemble?
Reset both the transmitter and headphones to clear their saved pairing history, then pair them again.
Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones, tablets, computers, TVs, and speakers so they do not interfere while you reset and pair the Ensemble.
Reset the Transmitter
Turn on the transmitter.
Press and hold the Pair/Lock button for about 5 seconds.
Keep holding until the transmitter LED starts flashing RED & BLUE .
Quickly double-click the button.
After the reset, the transmitter LED will begin flashing blue.
The LED is flashing blue.
Transmitter reset didn't work? Try Method 2
You can also reset the transmitter using the reset pole inside the AUX port.
- Use a small screwdriver or another long, narrow tool.
- Carefully insert it into the AUX port on the back of the transmitter until you reach the internal pole.
- Press and hold the pole until the LED turns PINK .
- Keep holding until the LED begins flashing RED & BLUE .
Insert the tool into the AUX port to reach the internal reset pole.
Reset the Headphones
Turn on the headphones.
Press and hold and together for about 8 seconds.
Keep holding until the headphone LED turns PINK .
Release the buttons.
The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode and begin flashing RED & BLUE .
The LED is flashing red & blue.
Pair the Headphones with the Transmitter Again
Both devices have now cleared their saved pairing information. Follow the Pair & Lock guide to reconnect them.
